Class Types

ReziKidz: Many of the classes offered go beyond a traditional format, and often combine educational and entertaining elements from various fields.

Our class providers offer some very creative approaches to such subjects as dance, yoga, music, theater, and other class categories that ReziClass offers.

ReziParents: Class providers who offer children's classes will often also offer parenting classes, which: provide parents with background information about the specific techniques and discipline developed for the children's classes over years of experience.

These lectures, which are usually offered in the evenings, also give parents helpful tips about how to reinforce what the children are learning in the classes, as well as more general information about child development.

Anyone can sign up for these lectures, even if your child is not enrolled in the class provider's classes. If a caregiver accompanies your child to classes, this is also a great way to remain aware and involved, even if you cannot participate in the class yourself.

Mommy/Daddy & Me: There are two types of Mommy/Daddy & Me classes. Those for younger children, where an accompanying adult is required - either a parent, caregiver, or other adult family member. Another type is for children who are old enough for drop-off classes, designed as a family class, where parents and children attend and interact in classes together. (Code MDM on catalogue)

Drop-Off Classes: Depending on the class provider, the type of class and your child's age, some classes are offered on a drop-off basis, where an adult does not have to accompany the child to the class. (Code DO on catalogue)

Adult Programs: ReziClass offers evening lectures in various topics. We know how busy life can be, between work, travels, friends, holidays, and other committments. We therefore offer one-time sessions about special interests, which allow you to join your neighbors for lectures when you can.

Book Clubs: Book clubs start as early as one year old, with the Mommy:Daddy & Me book clubs; where parents learn about which books are appropriate for each age, and how to make the most out of this fun bonding time with your child. For older children, book guides provide additional insight into some of their favorite books and stories, and reinforce the magical experience of books. Adults also enjoy additional insight from book guides, as they share their experiences about books of common interest with their neighbors.

Additionally, Reziclass is proud to work with Scholastic, the world's largest publisher and distributor of children's books. In support of ReziClass' Book Club series for all ages, Scholastic offers a very special discount for ReziClass members. Get as much as 25% off of the retail price for the books you use in Reziclass programs.
